After 2 years of development, the first X2 resort officially opened its doors on schedule, in December 2007.

X2 Kui-Buri, the first and only designer resort in the beachside town of Kui Buri in Prachuap Khiri Khan province is spearheading the growth of Kui Buri town.

The resort rooms comprise of 1 owner villa, 1 suite deluxe villa, 2 deluxe pool villas, 19 pool villas and 4 bungalow-styled villas, designed by Bangkok-based architect Duangrit Bunnag. The villas range from 70 sq.m to 255 sq.m. in size.

Each semi-private villa is sculptured in mountain rock walls, expansive glass paneled doors and generous bedroom and bathroom spaces. Furnishings and fixtures in the villas were chosen to be consistent with the X2 concept for luxury in design and function. The pool villas showcase a private plunge pool ranging from 20 sq.m. to 30 sq.m. in size and also a private terrace and garden courtyard. All spacious bathrooms feature both indoor and outdoor shower. All villas and bungalows feature a full range of home theatre and entertainment options including LCD satellite televisions, movie, music and magazine library and complimentary internet access.
